Flexible payment options
Financing that fits the project to the month.
Fix it at the right scope now — hail season doesn't wait for a convenient budget cycle.
How it helps
Right scope now, easy math monthly.
A failing exterior rarely waits for a convenient month. Financing lets you fix the problem at the right scope now — hail season doesn't reschedule — and spread the cost into a payment that fits the household math.
We partner with consumer home-improvement lenders so you can apply in minutes, usually with a soft credit check first. Approval decisions typically come back the same day, and the project can start as soon as you're ready.
Monthly payment estimator
Common structures
Plans homeowners actually use.
Same-As-Cash
Pay the balance within the promo window (often 6–18 months) and pay no interest. A strong fit for insurance-timed projects.
Low Fixed Monthly
Fixed APR, fixed payment, terms commonly 3–10 years. Predictable numbers for larger scopes like full siding or a new deck.
Stage & Combine
Bundle related work — gutters with fascia, siding with paint — into one project and one payment, often at a better combined price.
Financing plans shown are illustrative examples of common home-improvement lending programs. Actual products, rates, terms, and approval are determined solely by the lender and are subject to credit approval. Peak Elevation Exteriors is not a lender. Ask us for current program details.

Good questions
Financing questions, answered straight
Does applying affect my credit score?
Pre-qualification with most home-improvement lenders uses a soft inquiry, which doesn't affect your score. A hard inquiry generally happens only if you accept an offer and finalize the loan. The application will state clearly which is which before you proceed.
What can I finance?
Any of our work — gutters, siding, soffit and fascia, decks, drywall, and painting — alone or bundled into one project. Bundled scopes often price better because mobilization is shared.
Is there a minimum project size?
Lender programs typically apply from around $1,000 up through full exterior transformations. Small repairs are usually simpler to pay directly; we'll tell you honestly when financing isn't worth the paperwork.
What if my project is an insurance claim?
Financing pairs well with claims: same-as-cash windows can bridge the gap between your deductible or start date and the insurer's payment schedule. We'll document the work the way adjusters need either way.
