Let’s get your
roof sorted.
A leak, a replacement or a building that needs a plan. Tell us what’s happening and we’ll help you arrange the next step.

Start with
what you need.
Tell us what the owner, property manager or bid package requires. Include the project name, deadline and certificate-holder details when requesting insurance documentation.
We’ll contact you to confirm the assessment, access and available timing. Your request doesn’t reserve a visit or dispatch a crew.
Already know where to start?
Open Peak’s Square calendar to see the estimate services and times currently listed. For a roofing assessment, you can also send your request above and let our team confirm the right visit.
The property
City or ZIP, building type and the person who can arrange access.
The roof
A leak location, material if known, previous repairs and photos taken from a safe place.
Your timing
An active leak, sale, insurance deadline, occupied-building restrictions or a bid date.
The paperwork
Existing roof records, plans, warranty documents or the work you want included.
Good questions to ask.
How do I arrange a roofing visit?
Send your city or ZIP, a callback number and a short description of the roof. Peak will discuss access, the assessment needed and available times with you. An online request is confirmed when our team contacts you.
What if my roof is leaking now?
Call (720) 325-9473 to check availability. Tell us where water is entering and whether the building is occupied. Send photos from a safe place; stay off the roof. Submitting a form does not dispatch a crew.
Can a property manager request several buildings?
Yes. Include the building list, a site contact, known roof systems, recurring leaks and any access requirements. Ask for a maintenance review or send plans for a larger roofing project.
Can I ask about a previous Peak project?
Yes. Choose existing project or warranty service and include the property, approximate work date, the concern and any contract or warranty reference. Our team can review the records and discuss the next step.
