Short version: we use your info to respond to you, and for nothing else.
What we collect
When you request an estimate we collect what you give us: name, phone, email, city, and project details. We also use Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics to understand site usage, including pages visited, device type, clicks, scrolling, and anonymized session replays and heatmaps. Clarity may use cookies to connect activity across pages. Sensitive form entries are masked and are not included in session recordings.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule your estimate, and deliver the work you hire us for. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that make the site run (form processing, email, analytics) — each only to perform that function.
Microsoft may process Clarity analytics data under its own privacy terms.
