Request a roofing visitRoofing is a team effort. The assessment, estimate, schedule and fieldwork need to connect. We keep those conversations together, with the proposed work in writing and a project contact you can reach.

Peak Elevation Exteriors was founded by Gilberto Sanchez. Roofing leads our work, with gutters, siding, soffit, fascia and other improvements considered alongside it.
For a homeowner, that can mean sorting out a roof repair and the damaged trim below it. For a property manager, it can mean planning access and resident communication across several buildings. We start with the property and the people who use it.
Before work begins, confirm your project contact and the responsibilities for your job. Here is what we work through with you.

Tell us about the roof, the leak history and what you want to change. We review the condition and access, discuss the options, and identify anything that needs a closer look.
Keep togetherThe proposed work, materials, price, allowances and exclusions.
Deliveries, parking, gates, pets and occupied spaces all affect a workday. We discuss the site plan and confirm the project contact, communication and permitting responsibilities before scheduling.
Keep togetherThe agreed scope, site access and who to contact about a change.
A concealed condition can change the work. The next conversation should explain the location, what was found and the proposed fix. Additional work needs a clear price and authorization.
Keep togetherThe condition, approved change and its effect on cost or timing.
Review the agreed work and cleanup, raise remaining questions, and keep the project documents together. If something needs attention later, reach us with the address, completion details and photos.
Keep togetherThe final scope, care information and any issued warranty documents.
Tell us the address and what needs attention. If you already have a proposal or a job underway, mention that first so we can connect your message with the project.

Yes. Send the property, requested scope, certificate-holder details and your onboarding checklist. Ask for the current documents required for that project, including broker-issued insurance evidence and applicable local credentials. A Colorado LLC registration is a business record; it does not establish insurance coverage or local contractor licensing.
Include the related work in your request. Peak offers roofing, gutters and drainage, siding, soffit and fascia, decks, drywall and painting. We discuss the work needed, project fit and the sequence before putting the proposed work in writing.
