Gutter cleaning in Denver & Highlands Ranch.

Peak Elevation Exteriors prices standard residential gutter cleaning from $150 for small one-story homes, $200 for medium or two-story homes, and $250+ for large homes (Three or more stories, or over 3,000 sq ft). Steep roofs and difficult access are quoted on-site; commercial properties receive a custom quote after a walk-through.

Most Denver metro homes benefit from cleaning twice a year — once after cottonwood and leaf drop in late fall, and again in late spring before monsoon season. Homes under heavy pine or cottonwood may need an extra pass mid-summer. Gutter guards reduce frequency but don't eliminate maintenance entirely.

Every tier includes hand removal of debris from all gutter runs, downspout flushing to verify drainage, bagged haul-away from your property, and a visual check for obvious sagging, leaks, or damage. We note issues we find — repairs are quoted separately only if you ask.

Yes. Check the home-size, story and access requirements, then book the $150 small-home or $200 medium-home service through Square. Fixed-price cleaning is paid during booking and appointments are accepted automatically. Eligible customers can choose Afterpay Pay in 4 when offered at checkout. Payment covers the agreed cleaning; no second invoice payment is due for that same service. Quote exceptions need a scope review first. A Tally property-details request alone does not reserve a time, authorize a charge or apply for financing.

Send a cleaning request with your home details and preferred timing. For active overflow during a storm, call or text (720) 325-9473 — we'll triage urgency and get you scheduled as fast as the calendar allows.

Light drizzle usually isn't a problem. Heavy rain, lightning, or ice on the roof makes ladder work unsafe — we'll reschedule at no charge and text you the new time. Colorado weather shifts fast; we watch the forecast so you're not waiting on a no-show.

Yes. Micro-mesh and screen guards still need periodic rinsing and surface clearing. Guarded systems may require a different tier if panels need lifting — note your guard type when booking and we'll confirm scope.

Eligible customers can choose Afterpay Pay in 4 when offered at Square booking checkout. An equal split of a $150 service is four payments of $37.50; an equal split of $200 is four payments of $50, before any applicable taxes. These are examples, not guaranteed offers. Afterpay determines approval and the actual payment amounts and schedule at checkout. A first payment is due at purchase; late fees may apply.
