Choosing a gutter-cleaning company is easier when you compare the work as well as the number. A one-time clean, a recurring maintenance plan and a visit with additional repair work can be different purchases.

This guide is published by Peak Elevation Exteriors. Denver Gutter Company and Denver Gutter Cleaning are separate businesses, with no affiliation to Peak Elevation. Their public pages were checked October 2, 2026. Confirm current pricing and terms with your chosen provider; this comparison does not rate their workmanship or predict their availability.

Check whether your house fits our fixed price

Peak Elevation's $150 cleaning is for single-story homes under 1,800 square feet. The $200 cleaning is for homes of 1,800–3,000 square feet, up to two stories. Both require no installed gutter guards and standard ladder access, without steep roofs or tight access conditions.

The included cleaning scope is hand removal of debris, downspout flushing and bagged haul-away. Repairs are separate. The reserved appointment lengths are 90 minutes for the small service and 120 minutes for the medium service; they are not prices for repair labor.

A small two-story house, guards, commercial property, uncertain details or difficult access needs a scope review. Larger homes start at $250 after review, with a final quote before payment. Check your property details and cleaning options before choosing a service.

Ask the same questions before comparing totals

  • Does the quote cover every gutter run on the property?
  • Is clearing the downspouts included, and what happens if a blockage needs more work?
  • Will debris be bagged and hauled away or left for your disposal?
  • Are guards removed or reinstalled, and is that priced separately?
  • Are inspection and minor repairs included, or quoted separately?
  • Is this one visit or a maintenance agreement with several visits?
  • What is the final total, including any applicable charges, and when is payment required?

Send the same home size, number of stories, photos and access details to each provider. A useful comparison starts with the same property information, rather than assuming the lowest published number applies to your house.

Separate cleaning from a repair estimate

Overflow may involve debris, an outlet obstruction, pitch or an attachment problem. Cleaning does not automatically repair a leak or replace damaged fascia. Tell the provider about visible damage before booking, and ask what will be assessed separately.

If gutters are pulling away or the mounting board looks damaged, read our gutter, fascia and soffit repair guide. For water collecting near the house, review downspout routing and drainage. Those projects need their own scope rather than a fixed cleaning total.

Choose the booking path that matches the work

Use the four-detail cleaning check to reach the matching $150 or $200 Square service when the home qualifies. Square displays available appointment times. Review the service, final total and any payment requirements there before confirming; opening a booking link does not reserve a visit.

For an exception, request a cleaning scope review or use the free estimate option on the cleaning page. Repairs and installations use a free 30-minute estimate; the actual work is priced and scheduled separately. Prefer to talk through the property? Request a gutter-cleaning callback.

Good questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I compare Denver gutter-cleaning quotes?

Compare the same property and scope: home size, stories, guards, access, downspout work, debris disposal, repair exclusions and final total. A published starting price or typical range is not a quote for every house.

Is Peak Elevation affiliated with Denver Gutter Company or Denver Gutter Cleaning?

No. They are separate businesses. Peak Elevation publishes this comparison using their linked public information, checked October 2, 2026. Confirm current prices and terms directly with the company you choose.

Can every home book Peak Elevation cleaning for $150 or $200?

No. $150 applies to qualifying single-story homes under 1,800 square feet; $200 applies to qualifying homes of 1,800–3,000 square feet up to two stories. Both require no gutter guards and standard access. Other properties need a scope review and final quote.
